Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

North Lakes Gymnastics Academy is an award winning club located in Penrith the heart of Cumbria. Our sessions are based in our dedicated gymnastics facility. As a British Gymnastics registered club we provide a fun, exciting and safe learning environment for children aged 18 months upwards. Our highly experienced and fully qualified coaching team are all registered British Gymnastics Coaches and will cater for each individual child’s needs whether they are a complete beginner or a budding gymnast.

Formed in 1977, Dumfries Y Gymnastics Club currently has around 300 members from across Dumfries and Galloway. Our gymnasts range in age from 6-weeks old to 16 years old. The Club is fully affiliated to the Scottish Gymnastics Association. We moved into our own premises in 2017, providing the only dedicated gymnastics facility in the region.

At our clubs, we offer a range of activities on rotation. These range from arts and crafts themed sessions, to sports and games themes, and mystery nights. We pride ourselves on getting to know the children and families that attend out clubs.

From 8 weeks to approx 22 months Glow bambino sessions use unique rainbow lighting, glowing props, sensory toys and various genres of music to take little ones on magical adventures week by week. Each of our sessions tells a different story in several stages and revolves around developing certain skills in your little one in a fun, theatrical and rhythmical way. After the class enjoy a cuppa and biscuits (included in the price). Each session is approximately an hour long, including this social time There are 8 different adventures, currently booked in blocks of 4 (where possible!). If you experience all 8 of our adventures, enjoy them and wish to re-enrol, you and your little one will experience these sessions in an entirely different way next time round, due to the new stage of development they are going through Glow on the go toddlers runs in our studio in Dumfries
