SOL Sports is all about putting the Heart and Sol in sports. All sessions are about having fun and enjoying the sports, especially for the Minis trying out new Sports such as Rugby. We have a variety of options here at SOL Sports Ranging from Nursery PE Lessons, PE lessons in Primary Schools, Before, Lunch time and After School clubs. While we are also reaching out into Multi Sport Holiday Camps based around Essex. We also host clubs for children as early as 3 to introduce them into certain sports.
