L-FIT Kids is a fun and structured fitness program for children aged 5–12, designed to build strength, confidence, discipline and teamwork. Through a mix of fitness training, boxing drills and team challenges, kids develop the fundamentals of fitness in a positive and supportive environment. With our Mini Movers (5–8) and Young Athletes (9–12) groups, every child trains at the right level while progressing through our unique level system.
