Welcome to Fast Feet Football Academy. We are an experienced football coaching provider, who deliver individual technical football development for young players from the Age of 5 to 13. Players of all abilities are welcome, from beginner, experienced grassroots footballers to advanced players.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

DanceFit is a lovely friendly dance school where your child can build confidence, exercise,learn new skills and make new friends. We don't do competitions or medals so there's no pressure on your child it's all about the fun. We do perform in shows throughout the year where family members can enjoy the children's hard work We also take part in the South Tyneside Parade once a year too so there's plenty to get involved with. Progression certificates are also available in our gymnastics classes and they too get to perform routines in our shows

Ballet Bears Dance Academy is a wonderful dance programme for children aged 12 months to 10 years. Specifically designed for babies and toddlers, the programme allows children to experience the benefits and joys of music and dance within a creative, nurturing, caring and fun environment. At Ballet Bears, we offer parents and children the opportunity to experience the early stages of ballet and dance with a friendly, experienced teacher who specialises in this age group. Science is a creative way we can question and explore our world, so in our clubs and school workshops, we facilitate opportunities for children to investigate themselves, develop their skills and feel like they are the ones making the breakthroughs - to experience being a scientist - because it can be a positive, impactful and engaging way to learn.

Family Tweeties sessions are for children aged 0-4. These sessions are lively with lots of singing, dancing and movement for the whole family. It means siblings can attend together and older children get a chance to move and express themselves to the music. These sessions are themed and each theme lasts four weeks to help consolidate language, communication, listening, rhythmical patterns, enhance anticipation and prediction plus early phonics. Physical development is developed through gross and fine motor actions to the songs and imagination is fostered through puppets, characters and stories bringing the themes to life. The themes range from dinosaurs, space, seaside/pirates, wild animals, classic rhymes and stories, spring/minibeasts, superheroes, winter/Christmas, Autumn/Halloween and more. This means your repertoire of songs will build as you explore each exciting new theme together and continue the learning at home with your enthused little one!!

Lee Sterry Sports’ Coaching was founded in 2006 by Lee Sterry. Lee’s aim is to provide a professional coaching and teaching service to develop young players of all ages and abilitys at grass roots level and academy level.
